We offer a variety of farm products for sale. Some may only be purchased at the farm, such as fresh eggs, while other items, such as raw fleeces, yarn and woolen throws may be purchased either at the farm or shipped to your home.
We are registered providers in the Livestock Conservancy’s Shave ‘Em to Save ‘Em program (SE2SE) and will provide a passport sticker with your qualifying order if you request it. For more information on the program visit RareWool.org where you can also sign up as a fiber artist.

Payment for Online Orders We accept PayPal, check, and money orders for on-line purchases. Please contact us when you are ready to order so we can calculate the price (cost of item(s), shipping, tracking, insurance, packaging, and applicable tax, if any) and email an invoice to you. If you are paying by check or money order for an online purchase, your order will ship within one to three days of your payment clearing. Most orders ship within three days or less. If payment is not received within seven days we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Payment for On the Farm Purchases Payments at the farm can be made via PayPal or in cash.

Returns and Exchanges Contact us within five (5) days of the UPS delivery date of your shipped item(s) if shipped to you from the farm, or within five (5) days from the date of purchase if purchased at the farm, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Both exchanges and returns may be possible. In the case of a return, the item’s purchase price will be refunded provided the item is returned to Stratton Hall 1794 LLC in its original condition via UPS within ten (10) days of the UPS delivery date of the item to you or within ten (10) days of your purchase of the item at the farm. Tracking numbers and insurance in an amount sufficient to cover the purchase price are required on all returns. Refund will be made after receipt of the returned item(s) within the timeframe and in the condition specified. We do not refund or reimburse shipping, tracking, insurance, and packaging fees. If a refund fee is assessed by PayPal the buyer is responsible to pay the fee.
Shipping We generally ship via UPS ground. Depending on the size of the item(s) being shipped and the destination we may use USPS Priority or standard shipping. The buyer’s shipping costs include tracking, insurance sufficient to cover the item value, and packaging. The buyer is responsible for all shipping/return shipping/tracking/packaging/fragile packaging/insurance costs for all purchases and returns. Tracking numbers and insurance in an amount sufficient to cover the purchase price are required on all returns.
Shipping Skulls Because of their size, fragility and the cost of shipping, we recommend purchasing skulls at the farm. At our discretion, we may agree to ship skulls to local buyers (New Jersey, eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware) or other locations. In that case, skulls must be shipped and returned via UPS with tracking and insurance in UPS fragile packaging at the buyer’s expense.
Taxes. Applicable taxes will be added to the cost of all purchases and are payable by the buyer.
We have no poultry or sheep available for purchase at this time.
